He has also been integral in the successful sales of new developments both “off the plan” and established property as well as undertaking personal property projects from duplex to multi-unit apartment building developments.
This vast experience has gained him an insight into construction, property development, and multiple area knowledge, making him not just a local area expert but an expert in his field of property development, construction, sales, marketing, and negotiation.
2019 saw Rob become a licensed Auctioneer and embrace new technology to implement an online auction sales process known as “Openn Negotiation” which has proven to be extremely successful as well as now positioning Rob as one of the most experienced On-Line Auction agents in the state.
This revolutionary sales process is set to change the way property is bought and sold across Australia which has already resulted in exceptional results for his sellers and a much more fair and transparent way to purchase for his buyers ensuring a better experience for all.
