
Perth’s property market continues to show strength, while a significant rise in available listings is creating more choice for buyers.
The latest figures featured in our July market snapshot show a median house sale price of $950,000, a median unit sale price of $683,000 and a median residential land price of $437,000.
On the rental side, median rents sit at $750 per week for houses and $700 per week for units.
Properties are also continuing to move relatively quickly, with a median selling time of 23 days for houses and 19 days for units during July.
At the end of the month, 6,718 properties were listed for sale, representing a 101.9% increase in available listings compared with July 2025.
