The €8 billion development, located on the so-called Athenian Riviera, features luxury apartments, two-storey residences, beachfront villas, and penthouses, with amenities including landscaped gardens, wellness and sports centers, retail and dining precincts, cultural venues, a marina, and direct beach access.
The Australian marketing partner, Limnios Property Group, will host one-on-one investor meetings with the project’s residential director and senior team in Perth on October 15-16 during the Property Congress 2025, followed by sessions in Melbourne (October 17-20) and Sydney (October 21-23).
Elena Limnios, director of Limnios Property Group, said the project represents “a lifestyle opportunity in one of the world’s most sought-after summer destinations” and noted record demand for Greek property.
James Limnios, managing director, described it as “a rare chance for investors to explore a premium international development without leaving Australia,” highlighting its prime location and the potential for long-term returns.
