We are so excited to announce that we are winners of the Australian Real Estate Results Network award: Digital Excellence Agency of the Year 2019! Receiving this Australasian award is something we are so proud to have accomplished being up against some very reputable companies, and has been a great way to start our year of celebrating 50 years in the industry. Massive congratulations to our trusty Marketing Manager, Stell Limnios and her team, who have worked tirelessly to make a digital impact in 2018.

My passion for what I do comes out in my work and I am so lucky to have a strong team that runs alongside me to achieve this. We only have a small marketing team, but that doesn’t stop us from keeping up with the trends and staying ahead of the game. Our marketing guru, Stell has shared with us some of the exciting things our marketing department got up to in 2018..



What has been your marketing teams focus?

Our focus has been to really convey each of our key messages with clarity and emotion and moved ever so slightly away from the corporate-feel to one more all-encompassing… that is creative, strong, strategic and effective. As such, our platforms continued to grow dramatically, and solidified themselves as somewhere our clients could visit to be inspired by home designs, expert advice, tips and tricks for buying, leasing and investing, and of course a behind the scenes look at #LimniosLife.


How did your social media strategy grow in 2018?

Throughout the year we continued nurturing our social media presence on Instagram and Facebook. Our marketing team created campaigns that were equal parts strategic and unique, and proved effective at generating interest and igniting hype for certain projects.


What did Limnios Property Group’s marketing do differently in 2018?

Over the course of 2018 we really focused on our digital footprint and social media presence. In particular, our video content soared as we explored different methods of digital marketing.

By bringing our marketing back in-house and building our team, it took our marketing to even greater heights. Since then, the response to our campaigns and digital presence has been extremely well received, and has led to greater web traffic, brand awareness, leads and results from social media. Our marketing team has even had influence on marketing and implementation strategies for significant off-the-plan projects in Perth and the success of those projects, which really shows how far our marketing team has come and for that, I am so proud.
