Meet Katelyn

She is our exceptional receptionist, however her skills aren’t just limited to her single role. She regularly assists our Property Management Team and is always the first to offer additional help around the office.

We asked Katelyn how she got into the real estate game of the wild west and she told us that while she is a country girl at heart, she made the move down to the ‘big smoke’ to kick start her career in real estate after completing her Certificate III in Business.

She explained that she had been working in real estate for 18 months prior to relocating to Perth’s Northern suburbs and commencing her role at Limnios Property Group. Katelyn has been with the Limnios team for seven months now and she is excited to see where her career at Limnios takes her next!

The pace at which the Limnios team operates at is always a whirl wind! We are constantly evolving and keeping our team dynamic and fun. We believe that our team environment is really one of the best things about working at Limnios and Katelyn agrees!

“My favourite thing about working at Limnios would have to be the cultural diversity. With a range of different backgrounds there are plenty of stories, experiences and amazing traditional foods to share around.”

We truly believe our diverse office gives our employees a cutting-edge approach to communicating but that could also have to do with the endless supply of Greek coffee! Some of the highlights Katelyn has had during her time at Limnios is learning so many things about real estate plus new languages.

“I’ve been learning new languages from our diverse team. The team are always teaching me new words in preparation for when I eventually get to travel.”

Our team really is a diverse bunch and in our high paced environment we believe it’s important to take some down time and enjoy the good things in life. Katelyn told us for her this is spending time with her friends, family and going on scenic adventures! She also enjoys taking photos of scenery and we think she might have a side career in photography on the cards!
